Cangene’s purchase orders are subject to Cangene’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Cangene’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services procured by Cangene (or its subsidiaries), unless there is a separate purchase agreement signed by Cangene.

By acceptance of the purchase order or commencement of performance, you agree to and intend to be bound by Cangene's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Cangene objects to all additions, exceptions or changes to its Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (whether included in a written form of supplier or otherwise), unless agreed to in writing by Cangene or contained in a separate purchase agreement signed by Cangene. Cangene's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions shall control in the event of any conflict between such terms and conditions, and any terms and conditions provided by a supplier in any form.
Cangene’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions are specific to the purchase order. The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time by Cangene. If revised, the revised Purchase Order Terms and Conditions will be posted on Cangene’s website and will apply to any subsequently issued purchase orders.
